Overview
Assembled the SDK's public createEscrowAccount() function. It validates keys and amounts, checks idempotency, generates and funds a Stellar keypair, configures adopter and owner as multisig signers, and rethrows every failure as a typed SdkError.
What it does
- Multisig thresholds (low 1, medium 2, high 2)
- Typed ValidationError and FriendbotError
- 98 unit tests passing
