Safe2Report

Overview

Safe2Report gives students, parents and community members a way to report problems in schools without exposing themselves. Each report gets a tracking code, a severity level and a location down to LGA, and moves through a review workflow run by role-scoped admins.

What it does

Anonymous submissions with unique tracking codes
Coverage of all 36 states and the FCT at LGA precision
Severity levels from low to critical
Super admin, admin and reviewer roles
Submitted → under review → resolved workflow with private and public notes
File attachments through Cloudinary
